The proposal asks RON holders to allocate roughly $185,000 from the Ronin treasury into two pools on Katana: WETH\/RON and USDC\/RON. The stated goals are to deepen trading liquidity on the exchange and to earn fee income for the treasury from the positions. Katana is the decentralised exchange built for the Ronin ecosystem, and treasury-owned liquidity is a common way for networks to seed markets without selling tokens. Voting is open to RON holders, and the proposal follows the RGP format Ronin introduced for community decisions.
