The share class uses a digital twin model. It represents holdings onchain while the fund keeps its existing structure, investment objectives, risk characteristics, liquidity terms and regulatory protections.<\/p>\n<p>Eligible investors with digital wallets can hold the share class. The onchain share class starts with Aviva&#039;s \u00a350 million commitment.<\/p>\n<h2>Second Tokenised Share Class after the July Dollar Fund<\/h2>\n<p>In July 2026, Aviva Investors launched a tokenised share class of its dollar liquidity fund. Combined investment across the two tokenised share classes has now passed \u00a386 million, about $116 million.<\/p>\n<p>The XRP Ledger is the blockchain built by Ripple, and XRP (XRP) is its native token. The network is used for payments and for tokenised real world assets. It has been running since 2012.<\/p>\n<h2>What the Launch Brings to the XRP Ledger<\/h2>\n<p>The share class adds a regulated sterling money market fund product to the XRP Ledger.
