GET /coin/:uuid/exchanges on Coinranking API lists every exchange a coin trades on with its price and 24-hour volume there, and GET /coin/:uuid/markets goes one level deeper to each trading pair. For the same figures pushed live, the Professional WebSocket exchange-rates feed streams a coin's price per exchange.
Yes. GET /exchange/:uuid/coins/new returns the coins an exchange listed most recently, each with a listedAt timestamp, price and volume, and GET /dex/:uuid/coins/new does the same for a DEX. Both are Professional endpoints. Poll them and diff against the last response to alert on a listing minutes after it goes live.
A market is one trading pair on one exchange, such as BTC/USDT on Binance, identified by its own UUID. Coinranking /markets endpoint lists more than 50,000 of them with base and quote currency, exchange, price, 24-hour volume, rank and market share, and /market/:uuid returns one market with its latest ticker. Market UUIDs are what the WebSocket tickers feed subscribes to.
