How does Meteora work?

Meteora has no order book and no sign-up. You trade from your own wallet against liquidity pools. Liquidity providers pick price ranges in DLMM pools or use dynamic vaults, and they earn fees that rise when markets get volatile.

What are the Meteora fees?

Each pool sets its own fee. DLMM pools add a variable fee during volatile periods, so fees can range from fractions of a percent to several percent on new tokens. You also pay a small Solana network fee.

Is Meteora safe?

Meteora's contracts are audited, and you always keep control of your wallet. Risks come from the tokens: many new pools hold unverified tokens, so check the token address before you swap. Meteora launched its own token, MET, in 2025.
