Editorial Policy
Coinranking News publishes short, factual updates about crypto projects. This page explains what we cover and how stories are made, so you can judge how much to trust them.
What We Cover
News from and about specific crypto projects: network upgrades and mainnets, product launches, exchange listings, tokenomics changes and buybacks, governance votes, partnerships, security incidents, token unlocks and funding. Every story is about one or more named projects.
We do not publish general market commentary, price predictions or macro news. When a coin makes a big move, we only write about it if project news explains the move.
How Stories Are Written
Stories are written by the Coinranking News Desk from two things: live Coinranking market data (prices, volumes, rankings and trending lists) and public sources such as project announcements, official blogs, filings and reputable news outlets. Every story lists its sources at the end.
Accuracy
- Numbers come from Coinranking data or from a named source.
- Claims about a project come from the project itself or from a named, reputable source.
- We do not publish rumors as facts. When something is not confirmed, the story says so.
- Prices move. The price in a story is the price at the time it was written; the coin box shows the live price.
Independence
News stories are never paid for. Projects cannot buy coverage, change a story or approve it before it is published. Paid content on Coinranking, such as crypto guest posts and crypto advertising, is always labeled and never appears as news.
Not Financial Advice
Stories report what happened. They are not investment advice, and they do not tell you to buy or sell anything. Crypto is volatile and you can lose money.
