Why is it called Stobox Token v.2?: The v.2 designation reflects a migration to a new, secure contract after the original deployer address was compromised in early 2022. The Stobox team airdropped new tokens to pre-incident holders as part of the transition.
Is STBU a security token?: No. STBU is classified as a utility token and is not a security under U.S. or EU law. It does not confer equity, voting rights, or profit-sharing in Stobox. The separate STBX token represents regulated tokenized equity.
